FAQ
What If i need to reschedule my session?
All clients receive full printing rights & I recommend printing through mpix.com. Please do not use Walmart or Walgreens printing services as they do not have advanced equipment which in turn could cause improper colors & pixelation in your printed images.
What if I need my images sooner than your regular turn around time?
If you need your images back quickly, I just require a $50 rush order fee due at the time of the session.
How long will it take to recieve my images & how will I receive them?
My current turnaround time is 30 days or less from the date of your session. You will receive your images via Pixieset where you can download them to your computer or phone. Please allow up to 3 weeks delivery of print release USB after the online gallery has been posted.
Do you offer payment plans?
Of course. Just let me know what kind of payments you're looking for at the time of booking and I will work with you! Final payment must be received before images are released to you.
What if I need to reschedule my session?
AT LEAST, 48 hours notice is required. If less notice is given, you will lose your retainer fee. You may also move your retainer fee to a new date twice. After moving your retainer fee twice, you will forfeit your retainer fee and must pay it again in order to stay on my calendar.
What if I'm running late to my session?
I recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your session time.
A $25 late fee will be applied to your session fee & you will not get back any time that you missed.
How will I receive my contract?
Your contract will be sent via email.
The contract MUST be completed & signed before your session or the session will not take place.
How can I pay you?
I currently accept payment through my contract platform. If you need other arrangements please let me know as I do offer other options if they are needed.
What if the weather isn't cooperating?
I am more than happy to reschedule at no penalty to you.
